Entrants to the Promotion are bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Harry Ramsden's, Northern Bloc, their agencies, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are excluded from entering.
Timings
The Promotion starts on 19th July and closes on 27th July.
The Promoters reserve the right to amend the closing date or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
How to Enter
To enter, you must have access to the internet and:
- Follow @harryramsdensuk and @northern_bloc on the platform where you discovered the giveaway.
- Like the competition post
- Comment who you’d spend your perfect summer day with
- Share the competition post to your Story for an extra entry (where the platform functionality allows).
Only one entry per person is permitted. Any attempt to enter multiple times using different accounts, identities or any other method may result in disqualification.
Prize
There will be seven prize winners in total, consisting of:
Main Prizes
Two winners will each receive:
- One case of 24 Northern Bloc 100ml ice cream tubs (assorted flavours); and
- A Harry Ramsden's gift voucher:
- One winner will receive a £100 Harry Ramsden's gift voucher.
- One winner will receive a £50 Harry Ramsden's gift voucher.
Runners-Up Prizes
Five runners-up will each receive:
- A Northern Bloc merchandise pack; and
- Harry Ramsden's merchandise.
Prize contents may vary and are subject to availability.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary.
Winner Selection & Prize Fulfilment
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
Winners will be contacted via Direct Message on the platform through which they entered within 72 hours of the promotion closing. Winners details will be shared between Harry Ramsden’s and Northern Bloc solely for the purpose of processing the prizes.
Winners must respond with the requested information within five (5) working days. Failure to respond may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
Prizes will be dispatched within ten (10) working days of receiving the necessary delivery details. Proof of age and identity may be required before prizes are awarded.
Data Protection & Privacy
Personal information provided by winners will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and fulfilment of prizes.
Winner data will be retained for up to three months following prize fulfilment and will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Unless separate marketing consent has been provided, personal information will not be used for marketing purposes or disclosed to third parties other than where necessary to facilitate prize fulfilment.
General
The Promoters' decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or is found to be tampering with the entry process.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
