The promoter is Harry Ramsden's ("the Promoter").
This voucher entitles the holder to one (1) free regular cone of chips at Harry Ramsden's Brighton.
The voucher is valid from 28/08/2026 until 04/092026. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Only one voucher may be redeemed per person, per transaction.
One voucher may be used per purchase and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount or voucher unless expressly stated.
No purchase is necessary to redeem this voucher unless otherwise stated.
The voucher must be presented at the time of ordering. Photocopies, screenshots, altered or damaged vouchers will not be accepted.
The voucher has no cash value, is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
No change will be given where the value of the redeemed item is less than the promotional value of the voucher.
The offer is subject to availability. If, for any reason, a cone of chips is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the offer at its discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption where it believes the voucher has been copied, altered, obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time when it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
